Uchiha Hard Dance Registration Form

TUJUAN:-
1. Hardstyle Addict adalah pecinta tarian atau step yang dikenali sebagai HARDSTYLE. 2. Menubuhkan fan club (UHD resident) bertujuan :-
-mengetahui perkembangan hardstyle republic.
-mengeratkan hubungan pelbagai kaum.
-aktiviti sihat berbentuk senaman meningkatkan tenaga dan stamina.
-dapat mengenali ramai rakan dari seluruh Negara.

CONDITIONS OF BECOMING UHD MEMBERS:-

1. All crews have to respect and obey the UHD ADMIN rules. Semua pihak harus hormat dan patuh pada peraturan ADMIN UHD.
2. Age is not exceptions. Tiada had umur.
3. All members of UHD have to respect the Admins and Crews, respect each other. Semua ahli harus hormat pada Admin dan crew begitu juga ahli-ahli UHD yang lain.
4. Members should be FREE from drugs, gangsterlisme and vandalisme. Semua ahli harus jauhi dadah,pergaduhan dan semua perkara yang tidak elok.
5. For those who is under 18 have to ask permission from their parents first. We will not be responsible if anything happened. Kepada remaja bawah umur 18 sila minta kebenaran ibu bapa. Kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab sekiranya berlaku apa-apa.
6. Any questions can msg to HAFIZ aka FiZ TSUKASA or at www.myspace.com/fizzkelatehr our official forum at www.uchihaharddance.board-directory.net. Sebarang pertanyaan boleh rujuk kepada HAFIZ di website di atas.
8. Members who break any of the rules in UHD will be kick out from UHD’s residence membership. Kepada sesiapa yang melanggar peraturan akan ditarik balik keahliannya.
9. Due date is on the 4th of SEPTEMBER 2010 and will end at 31th DISEMBER 2010 for the 2nd intake will tell all soon.

Details and requirements

1. Has unique shuffle style. (this means you do not copy styles of others)
2. There is no sub-crew limit.
3. Strictly : no members must own or wear fake merchandise.
4. Newly recruited members must remain in the group for 1 month before he is allowed to quit.
6. If you can’t shuffle, you can join us as part of the edit or etc. crew if you have skills in those fields.
7. Submissions can be non-edited and edited. (no speed-ups are allowed for any excuse)
8. Hard and flexible or soft and fast. Make up for what you lack in another skill.
9. If want to join, Submit your videos by uploading them to Youtube, and sending them to us as personal messages.
